Fresh egg-pasta layers, bolognese meat-sauce (sausage free) and dairy white bechamel sauce. The combination of the three ingredients creates one of the most famous and loved dishes of the Italian cuisine, the “Lasagna alla Bolognese”.
👩🍳THE LASAGNA WILL BE COLD WHEN YOU COLLECT IT AND MUST BE COOKED A FURTHER 10/15 MINUTES IN A 200°C OVEN. YOU CAN ALSO CHOOSE TO STORE IT IN THE FRIDGE FOR FOUR DAYS OR FREEZE IT FOR LONGER.
- fresh egg pasta: white plain flour – semolina flour – eggs (or Gluten Free option: rice flour – maize flour)
- bechamel: white flour (cornflour in Gluten-Free option) – dairy milk – butter, nutmeg – salt – pepper
- meat-sauce: carrot – onion – celery – garlic – bay leaf – sage – rosemary – parsley – thyme – ground beef – red wine or beer – chopped tomatoes – baking soda or sugar – Organic Vegetable Bouillon containing celery
