👩‍🍳THE LASAGNA WILL BE COLD WHEN DELIVERED AND MUST BE COOKED A FURTHER 10/15 MINUTES IN A 200°C OVEN. YOU CAN ALSO CHOOSE TO STORE IT IN THE FRIDGE FOR FOUR DAYS OR FREEZE IT FOR LONGER.

Description

Ingredients:

  • fresh egg pasta: white plain flour semolina flour eggs (or Gluten Free option: rice flour – maize flour)
  • bechamel: white flour (cornflour in Gluten-Free option) dairy milk – butter, nutmeg – salt – pepper
  • meat-sauce: carrot – onion – celery – garlic – bay leaf – sage – rosemary – parsley – thyme – ground beef – ground pork, sausage (GF) – red wine or beer – chopped tomatoes – baking soda or sugar – Organic Vegetable Bouillon containing celery
  • grated cheese Twineham Grange (Harrison Farm)
