- fresh pasta: white plain flour – water (or Gluten Free option: rice flour – maize flour)
- soy milk – corn flour – margarine
- mushrooms – pumpkin or butternut squash (it depends on the seasons) – walnuts
- salt – nutmeg – black pepper – chopped rosemary – chopped parsley – garlic – EVO – Organic Vegetable Bouillon containing celery
